[OWNER REVIEW NEEDED before publishing: this page references placeholder business/legal details below — legal entity name, registered address, and governing jurisdiction are not configured anywhere in this application and must be supplied and reviewed before this page goes live.]

Effective date: 2026-09-20. Last updated: 2026-09-20.

1. Eligibility and account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

Your use of Trovid is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which describes prohibited uses of the platform in more detail.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider(s). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account's billing page. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.

4. Credits

Certain actions (such as script writing, voiceover generation, and visual generation) draw from a credit balance included with your plan. Copying a template into a new project does not consume credits. If your credit balance is insufficient, generation is blocked before it starts rather than partially completing.

5. Your content and generated content

You retain ownership of the scripts and images you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, videos and other content generated for your projects are yours to download and use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

6. Intellectual property

Trovid and its underlying software, design, and branding remain our property. See our Copyright Policy for more detail.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Trovid available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

8. Third-party services

Trovid relies on third-party providers (AI, voice, storage, payment, and email services) to operate. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from those providers.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trovid is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Trovid after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

[OWNER REVIEW: governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed by the business owner.]

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent via our Contact page.
