Trovid uses AI to help you make videos. This page explains how, and what that means for what you publish. It works with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Where AI is used
- Scripts and scene plans: language models turn your idea, script or link into scenes.
- Narration: AI voices read your script.
- Visuals: AI images and motion, stock media, or your own uploads.
- Avatars: an optional presenter animated from a portrait and your narration.
The providers are listed on our Third-Party Services page.
Review before you publish
AI output can be wrong, out of date, biased or similar to existing material. You can check and change every scene, caption and voice before you export. You are responsible for what you publish.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload material you have the right to use.
- Only use a person's face or voice with their consent.
- Don't present AI-generated media as real footage of real people or events in a way that could mislead.
- Where platform rules or laws require it, disclose that your content was made with AI.
Ownership
Ownership is set out in our Terms of Service. Stock media, voices and avatars stay subject to their providers' licences; see our Copyright Policy.
